Discovered MVRS doing roofs in my neighborhood so I knew their work and who to call when my time came.

My home is one-story, 1300+ sq ft with covered patio roof.
Received REASONABLE QUOTE and a WARRANTY that will outlive me.  Some of the features I chose were GUTTERS with LEAF GUARD and much needed roof METAL VALLEYS on MIDNIGHT BLACK SHINGLES with matching drip edge.

My team of 5 were friendly, communicative and concientous of my property.  My neighbors went to work and came home not knowing what went down that day because these guys were quick!

I needed a full roof replacement and got quotes from at least 10 different places. I had extra work I wanted to get done while the roof was off and Mountain Vista was the only one who took the extra time to really give me options for my project and really took the time to listen and provide multiple solutions.

Aaron met up with me multiple times to make sure my extra work was prioritized and answered all the questions I had about materials and installation. Alex made sure to drop off some material early so I could get it painted before install, and communicate with the crew to coordinate my requests.

The crew were all friendly and considerate completed the job quickly and when they left my yard was cleaner than it started.  I know all the work I was doing was getting a little in the way, but I appreciated them taking the time to work around me and never making it seem like they were annoyed.

“It’s not about how you start, it’s about how you finish” This couldn’t be more true of my experience with this company and they finished strong!  My concerns with a couple things after our reroof were met with validation, respect and immediate action. The customer service is top tier and they really demonstrated how much they truly care about their customers and the customers experience. My 2 year old  home had a leaky roof and the builder denied responsibility for faulty installation. I called Mountain Vista and from start to finish they were professional and helpful. They completed an inspection of my roof and provided me with a thorough and professional inspection report. They were so great I decided I wanted them to do the repairs, not the builder. Jorge, Junior and his crew were very professional.  They showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would do.  They answered all my questions and cleaned up well.
