Mountain Vista Roofing was easy to work with and did a great job. Our roofing job was completed last week with no hiccups. The front office, sales contact, foreman and roofers were highly responsive to all questions and came by at job completion to make sure we were completely satisfied. Our job was challenging with the roof 40 feet high and a need to replace rotting fascia. It was not easy but the five roofers sent over got everything by done without issues. They fully complied with our HOA requirements and took care of all permitting. They used premium Malarkey products with o a great warranty and bid the job fairly. Getting a new roof installed is a stressful and expensive repair to a house and Mountain Vista team was very professional. We have a large house so we had quotes from 4 companies. Mountain Vista offered the best warranty and was a similar estimate. During the replacement the team was very professional and very hard working. They cleaned up after everyday. The mess that's made throughout the work day is incredibly but they diligently picked up so our family could enjoy the yard in the evenings. I highly recommend them. They took the time to do a good job when hard section of roof need more time instead of rushing on to the next job.
